South Bay Mobilization General Meeting

The South Bay Mobilization general meeting is usually the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm. However, this is not a hard and fast rule as we sometimes meet twice a month.

To find out for sure:

1. Look in the top right hand corner of the SBM home page. As soon as we know the date and location of our next meeting, we list it there.
2. You can always call SBM at (408) 998-8504 to find out the meeting date and location.

Most of the time, we meet at the San Jose Peace Center, 48 South 7th Street, San Jose, CA 95112, but not always.

Protest the Bush Administration's Occupation of Iraq and War at Home

SATURDAY/SUNDAY VALLEY FAIR PUBLIC RALLY!
11am-2pm, corner of Winchester Blvd. and Stevens Creek Blvd.

Our aim is to draw public attention and support to end the U.S. led
Occupation of Iraq, Bring our Troops Home Now, Internationalize the Iraq
reconstuction through the U.N., and oppose the right wing, neo-conservative
agenda of the Bush Administration.

Our weekly presence at this intersection since March 2003 has seen a
dramatic increase in public support by motorists honking horns, giving peace
signs and thumbs-up, raised fists, smiles and nods of approval. This is
one of the many, very busy intersections in the San Jose-Santa Clara area
which provides us with highly visible access to the public. We encourage you
to join us at this peaceful, fun, and interactive exercise in Free Speech
and Democracy!

Justice for Palestinians

Location:
South end of Cesar Chavez Park, at the corner of Market and San Carlos St.

Join Justice for Palestinians to protest against Israeli Occupation, aggression and terror and to stop the U.S. invasion of Iraq. No more U.S. invasions on Middle Eastern countries!

We call for:
- An immediate end to all U.S. aid to Israel, which funds their high tech weaponry to attack Palestinian civilians.
- All institutions of higher education and all businesses to divest from Israel!
- All stores to deshelve Israeli products.

We support Right to Return home to Palestine to all Palestinians!
Palestinian Statehood, Not Israeli Occupation!
End the U.S. Invasion and Occupation of Iraq, Afghanistan and Haiti NOW!

We protest every Monday, 5:00pm to 6:00pm, south end of Cesar Chavez
Park, at corner of Market and San Carlos streets. Bring your own signs, bring your spirit, bring your solidarity with the Palestinian and Iraqi people.
