Friday, March 28th, 12 Noon - 1:30 pm
INS Protest in San Jose, Emergency Call to Action to Protest and Stop the Registrations, Roundups and Detentions, Raise Awareness and Inform Others !

Dear Friends, Friday, March 28th, is another day to tell the INS (now called Operation Liberty Shield of the Dept. of Homeland Security!!!!!) that we are desperately concerned about their tactics in jailing innocent people (mostly Arabs and Muslims) who are ordered to come to a "special registration," be fingerprinted, interviewed (interrogated), and possibly
jailed without an opportunity to even contact their families. This is all part of the war effort and intimidation of immigrants (mostly Middle Eastern). We must try to protect due process and their civil rights because in the long run we are protecting the civil rights of all of us!!

Location: San Jose Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS)
1887 South Monterey Road, San Jose (near Curtner Ave)

SIGNS PROVIDED!! JOIN US!!
THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO STAND UP FOR JUSTICE FOR OUR ARAB, MUSLIM AND SOUTH ASIAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS. PEACE AND JUSTICE SONGS PRESENTED BY THE "RAGING GRANNIES" DURING THE PROTEST.
